EdocTC.chuongtrinhcongtac was built to help the Leaders of the Ministry manage individual work schedules and track the schedules of other Ministry Leaders and leaders of units under the Ministry.The calendar update will be updated by secretaries and calendar managers of the units into the Calendar module on the eDocTC software at the ministry.
EdocTC.chuongtrinhcongtac only displays calendar information.The application helps leaders to view the calendar by day, by week, by month and view the attached content files in many different formats (word, excel, pdf, ...).Friendly interface, flexible design but full of information about the working schedule of each Leader.
Calendar data on the application is synchronized to a personal calendar with a work schedule, serving calendar reminders when a calendar is coming up or the calendar is updated.
